Guarding Against Frustration and Disappointment: Tips and Strategies
This is a very simple mind hack that I've developed to guard against frustration and disappointment. Look: you should take what people say with a grain of salt. When they say that they're going to do something (or that they're not going to do something), just say to yourself: "we'll see." Withhold your judgment until you see behavioral confirmation of their commitment one way or another. Trust and doubt are earned.

Boost Your Focus Permanently in Minutes: Neuroscientist's Tips
Andrew Huberman reveals how a simple 17 minute practice can improve your focus permanently by reducing the number of "attentional blinks" (lapses of attention) you experience in daily life. This skill can help those struggling with ADHD as well as offset age-related mental decline.
How to believe in yourself when you have no good reason to: how to be more confident
If my episode "Bet on yourself," I spoke on the game-changing importance of unshakable self-confidence. But what if you feel -- justified or not -- that you have no legitimate basis for authentic confidence? What are you supposed to do then? The answer to this question is to think of yourself as a high school football coach whose team is down at halftime. Learn about the three tasks of the coach in this episode.

You have to TEACH people how to FEEL about you: the essence of game
When people first meet you, they look to you to teach them about how they should feel about you. This is because, it's actually fairly difficult for most people to make up their own minds: so they're going to need your help. This is your opportunity! The key to getting people to feel positively about you is to imagine that you are world's greatest vacuum cleaner salesman. I'll explain what that means in this episode.
