10 Ways To Spot A Borderline Partner
In this video, I share 10 signs to help you detect whether your partner may be struggling with borderline personality disorder (or has high traits and tendencies of BPD). However, please do not try to diagnose your partner as this is an incredibly complex disorder with significant symptom overlap and co-occurring mental disorders. Instead, focus on behaviour and 1. whether your partner admits and takes responsibility for their feelings/behaviour; 2. Is taking appropriate measures to deal with their personality disorder; 3. Whether or not you are willing and able to deal with the intensity of this mental illness.

How to let go of someone: the trick to releasing someone from your heart
Letting go is an emotional survival technique that everyone should learn. The paradox of heartbreak is that the negative emotions cause you to emotionally clench around the memory of the lost object. And you cannot let go of something that you are simultaneously clinging to. So the trick to letting go depends on cultivating gentle, positive emotions relative to the lost object, which allow you to relax and release. I'll explain more in this episode.
