Starport Refit Budget: $50 million

SpaceX purchased two rigs for $ 7 million to be transformed into Starports

We have budgeted a total of $50 million USD for the refit of oil rigs into SpaceX and US Transcom certified facilities.

This is an order of magnitude estimate to enable capital budgeting.

When we see the refitting Deimos, expected to make its debut in 2022, we will update our budget and specifications models for this novel class of facility.
